Brain Health Granola Bars

This recipe is from the team at Ārepa and uses their Nootropic Brain Powder  which we are excited to stock!

These bars are simple to make, require no baking and can be made in under 10 minutes. With a rich nourishing berry flavour it make the perfect snack for everyone in the family.

Method


Add to a food processor, Oats, Cashew Pieces, Pumpkin Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Sunflower Seeds and the Nootropic Brain Powder

Pulse approximately 8 times until roughly processed

In a large bowl combine, Melted Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup and Cashew Butter. Stir in the processed Oat mixture, Raisins and Cranberries

Line a loaf pan with baking paper

Transfer the mix into the pan and press firmly

Allow to set in the fridge for approximately 2 hours, then slice into your desired size. Enjoy!
