Tiramisu Overnight Oats

A nourishing Mother’s Day treat—because all mums deserve something that feels indulgent and supports our energy and hormones.

This recipe is a wholesome twist on a classic dessert. Creamy, satisfying and rich in nutrients, it’s boosted with Maca—known for supporting hormone balance and energy—and protein-rich hemp hearts to keep you fuller for longer.

It’s the kind of breakfast that feels like a little luxury (which let’s face it, all mums could use), but is actually packed with goodness. Make it the night before for an effortless morning win.

Ingredients

Ingredients
Serves 2

For the oats layer:

For the ‘cream’ layer:

  • 1 cup plain coconut yoghurt or thick greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp GoodFor maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the espresso layer:

  • ¼ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • Optional: a dash of maple syrup for a sweeter touch

To finish:

  • A dusting of GoodFor cacao powder
  • Optional: dark chocolate shavings or cacao drops

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, Maca powder and hemp hearts. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken slightly.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt with maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

  4. In two jars or glasses, layer the ingredients: start with half the oat mixture, drizzle with a little espresso, then add a spoonful of the cream layer. Repeat the layers once more.

  5. Finish with a dusting of raw cacao powder and, if you like, a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cacao drops.

  6. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the flavours to meld and the oats to soften.

Serving Tip:
Enjoy straight from the fridge with a spoon and a quiet moment—just for you.
