Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Make your own food from scratch is one of the most satisfying things to do, so we’re sharing a berry full recipe for a smoothie or smoothie bowl that we'd enjoy any time of the year.


1 frozen banana 

1 cup frozen berries

4 tbsp oat milk (or milk of choice)

2 scoops berry adaptogenic powder



Combine all the ingredients and blend together to your preferred consistency. Add more liquid if you would like a smoothie that isn't as thick.

Top with chia seeds, fresh fruit, goji berries or a sprinkling of dark choc drops.
