GoodFor is proud to be a team of 70 passionate individuals working towards a shared goal of introducing slower living to the world. GoodFor attracts people who are passionate about food, health and the environment. Our day to day involves maintaining the stores, topping up stock and engaging with our community. We spend a lot of time with a cloth in hand, keeping the place spotless, but also getting stuck in with sorting and unpacking stock as needed. We favour reliability and consistency, and welcome a broad range of backgrounds and experiences onto our team.

  • 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

    GoodFor is powered by teams of passionate people with Store Leaders who play an integral part in building GoodFor’s strength and are responsible for all aspects of their store. The Store Leader links the store experience to the broader vision of the company, and works alongside head office to drive innovation.

    You will have:

    Their role encompasses team development, inventory management and facilitating a world class store experience.

    A week in this role is largely spent in front of customers and engaging with our community on the shop floor. The Store Leader must thrive in those interactions and model exceptional customer service while setting the pace. They will get stuck in and work alongside their team. As a growing business, GoodFor values innovation, communication and a positive can-do attitude above all else.

  • Approx 10-15 hours per week, weekend availability essential. GoodFor’s Store Operators are the face of our business and are highly engaged in daily operations. We prioritise thorough training, ongoing investment and regular check ins to involve our team in the broader company.

    Our Store Operators generally work between two and four shifts a week. A day in this role involves lifting and unpacking stock, maintaining the store (cleaning!) and welcoming customers into our stores. It’s a busy, task orientated role that requires attention to detail and initiative, topped off with a shared passion for what we do. We seek authentic, genuine communicators who will take pride in sharing a bit of GoodFor with every customer.

    To maintain the calm and routine team environment we have cultivated, we ask that you consider your availability and commitment carefully before applying for these positions. Weekend work is expected.

  • 2 - 3 days per week, approximately 12 - 20 hours weekly with the flexibility to pick up extra hours, weekend availability is essential.

    GoodFor is all about good food and filling pantries sustainably. We are looking for high energy team members that are keen to join our brilliant team of warehouse support and packers.

    On a day-to-day basis you will be picking and packing orders for customers and getting them ready for dispatch. Ensuring all details are correct and checked - including the size or quantity of products, as well as the packaging to avoid any leakages, spills or breakages. As part of the role, you’ll be working in a team to ensure all orders are going out on time - communicating with the manager about what needs to be done, reporting on issues or inefficiencies. You’ll also be expected to help out in other areas including general warehousing duties, production tasks, inwards goods receiving or cleaning.

  • We're looking for reliable, honest and capable drivers who are able to work up to 5 hours a day (mostly afternoons) driving around the suburbs of Auckland carefully delivering our online orders.

    You will be provided with a company vehicle to use (with all costs covered) as well as a phone to use in the vehicle. The individuals will need to follow the instructions from a Delivery App that will map out a route of the Auckland Suburbs within a specific belt - will need to be a confident driver and must have a full clean NZ license.

    All delivery routes begin from our Parnell warehouse and you will become part of a very supportive and fun working environment.

    10 - 15 hours a week (afternoons).
