We're looking for an individual with the skills and capacity to support administrative tasks as needed; to provide accountability, leadership and stability amongst the team. Someone who is comfortable in a customer service role and thrives off building relationships with their community. They are naturally attuned to detail, and believe in doing the little things well. This role encompasses community engagement and a hands on approach to daily operations. With training, this individual will have the confidence & capacity to support the store in the manager’s absence, and enjoy the challenge.
They contribute to the overall presentation and success of the store through implementing daily routines and working alongside the Store Lead to constantly innovate. A week in this role is spent in front of customers and engaging with our customers on the shop floor. From time to time, they are engaged in the underlying admin of the store so as to be prepared to do so in the manager’s absence. This store operator is a consistent and ambitious team member that models the customer experience we are known for. As a growing business, GoodFor values reliability, communication and attitude above all else. We are seeking team members who will play a key role in a company that actively seeks to change the world for the better, through reducing food and packaging waste.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to write a cover letter outlining who they are beyond their experience.
Hours would be between 15-25 hours a week. One weekend day commitment would be required. Deadline for applications Oct 18th.How to apply
