Blue magic smoothie bowl

Make your own food from scratch is one of the most satisfying things to do, so we’re sharing the recipe for our brand new Blueberry, Maple & Walnut Muesli.

If you'd prefer to buy it from us already made, it's now available in all GoodFor stores and online.


1 frozen banana 

½ cup frozen blueberries 

½ avocado 

4 tbsp oat milk 

2 scoops blue vanilla adaptogenic powder 


Combine all the ingredients and blend together to your preferred consistency. Add more liquid if you would like a smoothie that isn't as thick.

Top with chia seeds, frozen or fresh berries, sliced banana, and goji berries.
