Green tropicana smoothie bowl

Make your own food from scratch is one of the most satisfying things to do, so we’re sharing the recipe for a smoothie bowl that's perfect for the warmer months.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana 

1 cup cup frozen mango 

½ avocado 

4 tbsp coconut milk 

2 tablespoons of super seed greens powder 

1 tsp spirulina

Method

Combine all the ingredients and blend together to your preferred consistency. Add more liquid if you would like a smoothie that isn't as thick.

Top with chia seeds, fresh berries, kiwifruit, goji berries and a sprinkling of granola or muesli.
