Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup cup frozen mango
½ avocado
4 tbsp coconut milk
Method
Combine all the ingredients and blend together to your preferred consistency. Add more liquid if you would like a smoothie that isn't as thick.
Top with chia seeds, fresh berries, kiwifruit, goji berries and a sprinkling of granola or muesli.
