Seed Crackers

A super easy and versatile cracker, packed with nutritious seeds that give it a tasty crunch. Add your favourite herbs & spices, or leave it simple with our flaky Marlborough sea salt

  • 1 ½ cup (230g) GoodFor seed mix
  • 1 cup (140g) corn flour
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • Ground pepper (optional)
  • 1 ¼ cups boiling water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together well

  3. Spread out thinly into a lined baking tray (its ok to have a few holes)

  4. Bake until it moves freely on the paper and they’re a golden colour

  5. Allow to cool before breaking into your desired size crackers
