These beans have been gently roasted. They are perfect for snacking on, and not acidic as most expect cacao beans to be, rather complex, chocolatey and savoury all at once. 

Uses

They are excellent for adding to a trail mix or an afternoon snack. They can also be pressed into a powder to use in hot cocoa, garnishes or in desserts.
