This smoothie bowl is perfect for the spring months. It’s light yet still creamy and filling. 2 bananas 
2 pitted medjool dates 
1 tsp almond butter
¼ cup almond milk
2 tbsp sacha inchi powder 
Pinch of pink himalayan salt

Salted caramel chocolate* 
Coconut chips



Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with the toppings of your choice and enjoy immediately!
