Uses
Enjoy these chocolate buttons as a quick snack to satisfy your sweet cravings or mix them up with your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruits for a tasty trail mix. Melt them down into liquid chocolate for baking, or for chocolate-dipped seasonal fruit. In order to maintain the nutrient integrity of the chocolate drops when melting them down – keep the temp of the water below 40’C and constantly swirl the chocolate around within the pot. These chocolate drops are perfect to use in recipes that call for choc chips – like cookies, muffins, bliss balls and energy bars.
