Uses

This healthy spread works well either sweet or savoury. Great in smoothies, stirred into oats and or slathered on toast and topped with sliced banana or tomato.

Ingredients: Hi-oleic peanuts (64%), sunflower seeds (9%), almonds (7%), pumpkin seeds (7%), hemp seeds (5%), flax seeds (4%), chia seeds (2%), sesame seeds (0.2%), sesame oil, seal salt.

Allergens: Contains nuts. May contain traces of peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, wheat (gluten), dairy.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
