GoodFor Ponsonby is our flagship store and one of three Auckland refillery stores that stocks our entire range of wholefoods, snacks, plastic-free homewares and a range of local grocery items. You'll also find our EcoStore refillery stations here, alongside a selection of oils, syrups and vinegars that are exclusively available in-store only.

GoodFor Ponsonby is the flagship store that opened in 2017. This store is located in a beautiful old brick building - right in the heart of  Ponsonby, nearby to the lovely inner city Western park and is surrounded by the best local shops and cafes.

 

Meet the team

Gabriella is the store leader & has been managing this store since early August ‘22, hailing from Brazil she brings energy & warmth to the store. Our team and will always make sure you are well looked after. Do not hesitate to ask for help, we’re ready to help and get to know you!

Community favourites

Our Ponsonby customers LOVE the fresh coffee beans that we have - from 4 different very popular brands Kokako, Supreme, Allpress and our house-brand of organic fairtrade coffee. With a top quality coffee grinder available for you to use, you can pick up your coffee for the week in one go and know that it’s extremely fresh! 

Our customers are also obsessed with Matcha Freeze Dried Strawberries (in a white chocolate matcha infused coating) and anything chocolate related.

We also move through an insane amount of our organic rolled oats. A lot of our customers also love to make a muesli from scratch using all of the nuts, seeds and dried fruits on offer.

In-store experiences

• Fresh bread daily from local Auckland bakery Wild Wheat. We stock a range of their sourdough loaves and baguettes. if you're visiting for fresh bread on the weekend, make sure you get in early!

• Kokako cold brew coffee on tap. Perfect as a pick-me-up on a sunny day. We have our regulars that love our cold brew and keep our supply fresh! 

• Refill Maple syrup on tap. Our customers love Maple Syrup so much that we've created a dedicated station.

• Grind your own coffee. There's nothing like the smell of fresh coffee, and grinding your own makes the in-store experience all the more wholesome.
