Nutritious Nori seaweed is probably the most popular edible seaweed eaten in the world. Our nori is all offered in it's raw, unprocessed format. It has a purply brown colour and celophane like texture. The flavour can change, depending on how you use it.
Uses
It's the seaweed normally made to make sushi but can be used in so many other ways. When it's offered in a nori 'sheet' form, it has been made into a paste, rolled and either fried or baked.
