Atlantic Dulse is a red seaweed, full of minerals and nutrients. It has a wonderful smokey, salty flavour which has earned it the name 'the vegan bacon'. Our Dulse is harvested from an organically certified area, air dried to preserve nutrient density and tested for contaminants
Uses
Eat leaves raw or roast for a delicious salty snack. Wrap dulse leaves around food parcels, or chop into any meal. Add raw flakes to smoothies, sprinkle as a condiment, use to add natural smoky flavour to any meal. Raw or smoked dulse flakes are simply delicious with eggs, potatoes, soups, fish, chicken and family favourite recipes
