A great, classic muesli to enjoy all year round - a simple flavour for breakfast that is delicious mixed with fruit and yoghurt. 

Uses

Simply serve with your favourite milk or yoghurt, fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey. For a delicious, creamy addition, make it into a bircher by soaking 1 cup of Simple Simon overnight in 1 1/2 cups of milk, water or apple juice. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight then in the morning, enjoy simple as is or add fresh fruit. It’s also a great base in baked goods such as energy or protein bars.
