Uses

To make the perfect bircher for two: the night before, in a bowl or jar, soak 1 cup of billy’s birch in 1½ cups of nut mylk with a grated green apple or apple juice instead of nut mylk. Cover with honeywrap and place in the fridge overnight.  Delicious on its own or top with fresh fruit in the morning.
