About
Bentonite clay is composed of aged volcanic ash. This food-grade bentonite clay is a sodium bentonite sourced from a natural deposit in Australia, and is finely milled to give a silky smooth powdery clay. It can be used both internally or externally to naturally assist.
Uses
For external use, add bentonite clay to water and apple cider vinegar to create a detoxifying face mask. If consuming in your diet, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay to a glass of water, juice, smoothie or any other liquid and make sure it is fully blended and dissolved before consuming.
