Cardamom has a strong, unique taste with an intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance. It is commonly used in Indian cooking and also in Scandinavian baking. Cardamom has been found to aid with digestive complaints, feelings of nausea or acidity in the stomach, and help to naturally detoxify.

Uses

Add cardamom as a sweet, warming flavour addition to curries, soups and stews. It is an absolute essential spice in curry powders, dahls and masalas.
