There is absolutely no need to become a professional baker to make good bread. In fact, you don’t even need to have any experience at all. We have put together a bread mix that is not only incredibly healthy, it is also the easiest bread to make in the world.

Makes 1 loaf

Ingredients:

150g buckwheat flour
150g pumpkin seeds
100g sunflower seeds
50g chia seeds
50g golden linseed
40g psyllium husk
1 tbsp himalayan salt
1 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp maple syrup*
2 cups water

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Empty all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place full mixture into a bread tin lined with baking paper and let sit for at least 30mins.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until brown on the outside. Test with a knife – if the knife comes out dry, you’re good to go.

Let cool on a baking tray before serving.
