It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, leaving you with breakfast sorted for the week! This recipe is super flexible, so feel free to use whatever nuts, seeds or dried fruit take your fancy.


3 cups puffed buckwheat 
1 cup dried kiwifruit, roughly chopped
¾ cup coconut chips 
½ cup pumpkin seeds 
½ cup activated sunflower seeds 
½ cup sliced almonds


1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

2. Stir everything together until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

3. Serve in a bowl with a generous pour of your favourite milk and a good dollop of your favourite yoghurt. Fresh fruit would be a lovely addition on top!

4. Store in a sealed glass jar and use as you please!
