Latte Blend – Three Ways
Whether you’re trying to cut down on caffeine or are looking to spice up your morning routine, these three latte blends will make the perfect winter warmer. From smooth and luxurious red velvet, to warming and spicy gingerbread, to vibrant and cleansing turmeric, these three blends are packed full of all the best superfoods and spices to nourish you from the inside out. And preparing them could not be easier!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 tsp latte blend (Red Velvet, Gingerbread or Turmeric Blend)
Dash of hot water
1 cup plant mylk
Optional sweetener to taste (maple syrup*, coconut sugar or brown rice malt syrup* work well)
Method:
Add the hot water and latte blend to a mug and mix to form a paste.
Gently heat your plant mylk then add to the mug, stirring until everything is combined.
If you desire, add a pinch of sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, coconut sugar or brown rice malt syrup.
