Uses

All you need in addition to the contents of the jar is 170g of butter, 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup and 1 egg.

Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Pour the jar contents into a bowl and mix with the wet ingredients. Press and roll the mixture into a ball. On a lightly floured bench, knead the dough, then roll out to 4mm thick using a rolling pin and cut out your shapes.

Place cookies on two lined baking trays and bake for approximately 8 minutes. Cool before decorating, if desired.

Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, Nutmeg.

Allergens: This product contains gluten + dairy (if adding butter).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
