Hulled Millet has been simply been puffed without addition of any flavours, colours or preservatives to make this delicious and light puffed millet. It works well as a cereal base and in baked goods for a delightfully light and fluffy consistency that is naturally gluten free.
Uses
Puffed millet can be used as a cereal or snack food, similar to puffed rice or puffed wheat. It can also be used in savoury dishes as well, such as in soups or as a replacement for rice in stir-fries.
