Uses

Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for at least 6-10 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour spectrum. This blend is best to drink pre-bedtime as you start to wind down. It will help bring about a restful night of sleep.
