Uses

Couscous couldn't be simpler to make, simply add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to 1 cup of couscous in a bowl. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Then fluff up with a fork. For extra flavour, add 1 Tbsp of vegetable stock to the boiling water. Use in everything from breakfast dishes, salads, hearty mains and even desserts.
