Cinnamon quills come from the inner bark of a tropical tree and have a delicate, aromatic fragrance and woody aroma. 

Uses

Often used to flavour curries and slow cooked meals or can be used put into stewed fresh fruit such as apples and pears. Try making a hot cinnamon chocolate by heating nut mylk then add the cinnamon stick to infuse. Remove then whisk in drinking chocolate powder and honey.
