Vegan Nutella Smoothie Bowl

Decadent enough for dessert yet nutritious enough for breakfast, this smoothie bowl is the answer to all your sweet cravings. The classic combination of chocolate and hazelnut is quite extraordinary and combining these two in a delicious, creamy smoothie bowl makes for something very special. You get all the sweet, chocolatey, nutty goodness without any nasties. This balanced bowl also consists of healthy carbs, fats and protein, so you can get all the nourishment you need for whatever lies ahead (all whilst nourishing your soul and indulging in a creamy chocolate dream).

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

2 tbsp chocolate (plant based) protein powder

¼ cup activated hazelnuts

1 tbsp raw cacao

½ cup almond milk (or other plant based milk)

1 medjool date

Pinch pink himalayan salt

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You may have to pause and scrape down the sides a few times to help get it moving.

Once it is blended, transfer to a bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
