Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with slightly cooler than boiling water 80 degrees Celsius (just add a splash of cold water) and allow it to steep for at least 2-3 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour spectrum. Tea leaves can be re-infused several times.

1 level teaspoon for 250ml cup.
