Uses

This soup mix makes it easy to make tasty soups and stews of many different flavour varieties. Start by cooking up onions, garlic, ginger and your choice of herbs and spices then add the soup mix and stock to cook on a medium/high heat. After about 10-15 minutes, add your desired vegetables into the mix and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the soup mix is cooked through. Fill up a jar of this organic soup mix to keep on hand in the pantry for those busy weeks when you have little time to think about what and when you’re going to cook dinner. You could even gift a jar to a loved one who is feeling a little under the weather, helping to pick them back up.
