Created by Sabato in a small batch production using their own artisan ingredients - Pons olive oil, free range eggs, garlic and no added sugar makes this aioli shine above the rest.
Best used as a condiment, dressing or spread. Enjoy it in a gourmet burger, on a chicken salad, with grilled fish or as a dip for chunky potato chips or try it spread generously on crostini, topped with an anchovy fillet and a caper.
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Egg Yolk (12%), Champagne Vinegar, Verjuice, Garlic (2.5%), Salt, Antioxidants (224, 202)
Allergens: Egg, sulphites.
Storage: Store in a cool dark place, Refrigerate once opened.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when unopened.
