Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water  and allow it to steep for at least 6-10 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour spectrum.

1 heaped teaspoon for 250ml cup.

Ingredients: Manuka leaves, raspberry leaves, blackberry leaves, rosehip peels, fennel seeds, nettle leaves, strawberry leaves, lemon balm, peppermint, flavour, dandelion root, liquorice root, marigold flowers, everlasting and blue mallow flowers.
