About
Coconuts are made into this smooth coconut cream with minimal processing and nothing else added. Shake the can well: as it's organic it doesn't have artificial stuff keeping a unified liquid. Cool temperatures may also make it look weird but this won’t affect taste or quality!
BPA free can.
Uses
Ideal for use in Indian and Oriental dishes like curries, soups and sauces. For something sweeter try it in vegan whipping cream, ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Coconut Extract (90%), Water
Allergens: No known allergens.
Storage: Shake well before using. Product may solidify in cool temperature but will melt when warmed. This has no effect on flavour or quality. Once opened, put unused product in a non-metallic container and refrigerate. Use within two days.
Shelf Life: Up to 24 months when stored as above.
Country of Origin: Vietnam.
