They’re free from dairy and eggs and also don’t contain any refined sugar, additives or preservatives. They’re absolutely delicious and you don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy them!

Ingredients: Wholemeal Spelt Flour (Gluten), Coconut Sugar, Diced Apricots (Sulphites)(10%), Diced Walnuts, Coconut Oil, Tahini (Sesame), Pumpkin Kernels, Water, Flaxseeds, Shredded Coconut, Ground Ginger (1.7%), Salt, Bicarbonate of Soda, Citrus Fibre.

Allergens: Contains Gluten, Sesame, Walnuts, Sulphites. Manufactured on equipment that also makes products containing milk and soy.

Storage: Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. 

Shelf Life: Up to 2-3 months when stored as above.
