South African red bush tea has been overlaid with a suite of spices evoking the taste of homemade gingerbread that goes so perfectly with a tea.
Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for at least 3-5 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour spectrum. To enhance the delicious flavour of this blend, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or a hunk of fresh ginger.
