Organic Sprouted Pea Protein Vanilla

About

This pea protein blend is made with a premium sprouted & fermented pea protein isolate, vanilla flavouring, coconut milk powder (for the creamy factor) and a little stevia to sweeten it up. It has a lovely vanilla flavour and light texture that blends well into milk and smoothies. This pea protein powder is a high quality plant-based protein source, it’s hypo-allergenic and easily digested. Naturally free of common allergens like soy, dairy, wheat or gluten – it makes for a great source of protein for vegans, vegetarians, those with allergies, athletes or anyone looking to increase their protein intake.

Why sprouted & fermented?
By sprouting and fermenting the protein powder, any phytic acid is removed making this powder much easier to digest and the source of protein highly bioavailable. By sprouting and fermenting you also avoid the high heat treatment which can denature important amino acids in the protein.

Providing a total of 75g protein per 100g serving size, it is also rich in vitamins A, D, E and K so can be considered an all-round nourishing superfood addition to your diet.

Uses

Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla pea protein to your morning smoothie or just simply to a glass of water or milk, mixing thoroughly before consuming. Sprinkle vanilla pea protein powder over smoothie bowls, chia puddings, granola, muesli, porridge or yoghurt and fresh fruit. Try this delicious Salted Caramel Smoothie for a sweet and creamy twist on the classic post-workout smoothie. This Mint Choc Smoothie Bowl is another delightful recipe using vanilla pea protein; a classic ice cream flavour reincarnated into a thick and creamy smoothie bowl topped crunchy cacao nibs. Vanilla pea protein can also be added to many recipes for bliss balls, like these Raw Vegan Cookie Dough Bites, energy bars, muffins and cookies.
