Organic Oat Flour


Oat flour is a wonderful, versatile flour that is an excellent source of dietary fibre. It provides baked goods with a chewy texture and slightly sweet flavour. However, oat flour does not behave like regular flour and therefore should not be used as a substitute for regular flours. If used alone, baked goods will not rise or hold together using oat flour alone. It must be mixed with other flours in order to rise and bind. This organic oat flour has no chemical bleaching, no alcohol treatment, no additives, no anti-bacterial agents, no anti-fungal agents and no bromate added.


Oat flour is a high-fibre flour option that is great for use in many baked goods, including breads, muffins, loaves and more.
