Organic Long Grain White Rice
The fluffiest and least sticky variety. It also lacks the bran and germ present in brown rice, making it less nutritious but more tender and delicate.
Serve as an accompaniment to curries, stews and slow-cooked meals or make into a sweet rice pudding. To cook, add a 1:1½ ratio of rinsed rice to cold water with a pinch of salt then bring to the boil. Once boiled, simmer for 12-15 minutes, then drain.
