These ethically-sourced organic dark chocolate drops are made in New Zealand from cocoa beans (with 70% cacao) grown with care in the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Peru.
They are vegan, gluten-free and certified organic.
Enjoy these chocolate drops as a quick snack to satisfy your sweet cravings or mix them up with your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruits for a tasty trail mix. Melt them down into liquid chocolate for baking, or for chocolate-dipped seasonal fruit. In order to maintain the nutrient integrity of the chocolate drops when melting them down – keep the temp of the water below 40’C and constantly swirl the chocolate around within the pot. These chocolate drops are perfect to use in recipes that call for choc chips – like cookies, muffins, bliss balls and energy bars.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin.
Allergens: May contain traces of soy, sesame, nuts and dairy. This product is egg free.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
