Organic Cous Cous Whole Wheat


This nourishing wholefood provides plenty of protein and dietary fibre, and it’s super versatile. Use as you would rice or pasta. Great to add to salads or as a side to your main dish.


To cook, add 1 ½ cups boiling water or stock and a knob of butter to 1 cup couscous in a bowl. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes then fluff up with a fork.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
