Organic Almonds Blanched Ground

Organically grown sweet whole almonds have been lightly blanched to remove the outer skin (which can be hard to digest) and then ground to a light meal or flour. This is a nutritious alternative to regular flour in low-carb and gluten-free recipes, adding a moistness and rich nutty taste, as well as a finer texture than whole almond meal. These blanched ground almonds work well in sweet and savoury dishes alike, particularly in baked goodies.

Uses

For breakfast, ground almonds can be added to smoothies, oats, porridge or pancakes as an alternative to flour.
