Honey Roasted Cashew Nuts


Cashew nuts have been roasted in honey and sugar to create this delicious, crunchy, caramelised snack. The taste is a lovely contrast of savoury cashews on the inside and sweet coating on the outside. They are rich in nourishing unsaturated fats that help regulate cholesterol levels which is important for heart health, and also help your body cells to absorb other important vitamins. They make a perfectly delicious snack on their own or mixed with a combination of your favourite nuts and dried fruits in a trail mix.
