This is a multi-purpose gluten-free flour that can be used as a substitute for regular flours in most baking recipes. Made with a combination of rice flour, potato starch and thickeners this will make gluten-free baking easy and hassle-free!

Uses

Gluten-free flour can be used to make cakes, muffins, slices or used as a coating when cooking or frying. When using gluten-free flour it’s important to look at the other ingredients in a recipe to make sure the consistency remains fluffy and binds ok.

Allergens: Contains corn.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
