Coconut Mylk Powder
This powder is perfect for making your own instant coconut mylk. It is gluten-free, additive-free and dairy-free, making it a nutritious and yummy dairy milk replacement. One tablespoon of milk powder mixes with 200-400ml warm water to create a creamy, delicious, coconutty milk that’s perfect in your morning tea or coffee, fragrant curries, desserts, baking, smoothies, and porridge. It can be used as a substitute in any recipe that calls for milk. Make sure your water is warm or hot when you stir your powder. This coconut milk powder has about 65% fat so using warm water will help to melt the fat and homogenise the milk.
