Organic Cinnamon Ground

About

Cinnamon is a fragrant, sweet and warm spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum. It is commonly used in cakes and other baked goods, milk and rice puddings, chocolate dishes and fruit desserts, particularly apples and pears. It is common in Middle Eastern, North African and Indian cooking. Cinnamon is an absolute pantry staple for such versatile use in sweet and savoury recipes. It has the added benefit of helping to regulate blood sugar levels, reduce cravings and strengthen your immune system.
