Brewer’s Yeast

About

Brewer’s yeast is made from a fungus called Saccharomyces cerevisiae typically used to make beer. Brewer’s yeast is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, selenium, protein and chromium. It also naturally contains probiotics, which helps promote gut health and aids digestion. Brewer’s yeast has a slightly bitter and nutty taste. It has a flavour similar to Vegemite!
