Bee Pollen

About

Harvested from hives located in the forests and fields of New Zealand, this bee pollen is carefully collected, sorted dried and packaged in small batches by hand. This ensures that all the essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes from bee pollen remain unharmed and intact for maximal absorption when consumed. Bee pollen contains almost all of the nutrients required by the human body to thrive. It is rich in protein, healthy fats, energising enzymes, carotenoids and bioflavonoids. With a granular texture and a delightful golden colour, bee pollen is a wonderful natural food source that easily qualifies for “superfood” status. Include it in your daily intake for energy, vitality and a super strong immune system.

Uses

Add a teaspoon of bee pollen to your daily smoothie, fruit juice or even water. Include it in birchers, chia puddings, porridge, granola, muesli or simply sprinkled over a bowl of yoghurt with fresh fruit for a tasty crunch and an energising start to your day. It can also be added to raw food recipes, such as bliss balls, energy bars and homemade chocolate. Bee pollen can be sprinkled on top of salads, Buddha Bowls, curries and soups for a superfood addition at mealtime. Try out this Flu Fighter Smoothie when you’re feeling a little rundown or under the weather. The addition of bee pollen will help reboot your immunity and pick you back up to tip top shape.
