Garlic powder is ground dehydrated garlic grown by ‘working with nature’ using no chemical pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers. The distinct sharp taste of garlic is an essential in the kitchen, with a role to play in basically every cuisine. It is a touch more mellow and sweet than the fresh version, yet gives that unmistakable flavour, and without the need for any peeling or chopping!
