Looking for 10 individuals to join our brand new Grey Lynn store!
Approx 10-15 hours per week, weekend availability essential. GoodFor’s Store Operators are the face of our business and are highly engaged in daily operations. We prioritise thorough training, ongoing investment and regular check ins to involve our team in the broader company.
Our Store Operators generally work between two and four shifts a week. A day in this role involves lifting and unpacking stock, maintaining the store (cleaning!) and welcoming customers into our stores. It’s a busy, task orientated role that requires attention to detail and initiative, topped off with a shared passion for what we do. We seek authentic, genuine communicators who will take pride in sharing a bit of GoodFor with every customer.
To maintain the calm and routine team environment we have cultivated, we ask that you consider your availability and commitment carefully before applying for these positions. Weekend work is expected.

How to applyLooking for efficient, organised and physically fit individuals to help support the store in unpacking stock and refilling shelves and bins to be ready for the day ahead.
Must have a strong initiative when working alone and an ability to notice the details.
Must be strong enough to comfortably lift bags of product and food of up to 25kg.
Must be proficient in reading and understanding basic maths to incoming goods processes and follow food safety guidelines and practices.
Must be an excellent communicator.
Approx 10 - 15 hours a week (over 3 mornings a week) - early morning work hours 6:30am - 9:30am.

GoodFor is all about good food and filling pantries sustainably. We are looking for high energy team members that are keen to join our brilliant team of warehouse support and packers.
On a day-to-day basis you will be picking and packing orders for customers and getting them ready for dispatch. Ensuring all details are correct and checked - including the size or quantity of products, as well as the packaging to avoid any leakages, spills or breakages. As part of the role, you’ll be working in a team to ensure all orders are going out on time - communicating with the manager about what needs to be done, reporting on issues or inefficiencies. You’ll also be expected to help out in other areas including general warehousing duties, production tasks, inwards goods receiving or cleaning.
You will have:
- Attention to detail
- Be organised, efficient, fast-thinking
- Flexible & work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Follow instructions and be detailed with tasks
- Ability to find efficiencies and work fast
- Ability to do basic mathematics
- Ability to pick things up quickly
- Previous experience in a similar role is ideal
- Be physically strong and healthy as you'll be lifting up to 25kg
