These three salad dressings are the perfect addition to any summer meal. They are packed with flavour and are the perfect addition to perk up veggies and take salads to the next level. All they require is a few simple yet wholesome ingredients and before you know it, you’ll be drizzling this stuff on everything from kale to cauliflower to lettuce leaves!

Lemon & Poppy Seed Ingredients:

1 tbsp dijon mustard
½ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup*
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp himalayan salt 
¼ tsp pepper 
2 tbsp poppy seeds 
5 tbsp water (add more as required)

Green Goddess Ingredients:

1 small avocado
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ cup tahini*
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar*
½ tsp himalayan salt 
½ cup parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
⅓ cup water (add more if needed)

Maple & Tahini Ingredients:

⅓ cup tahini*
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup*
Pinch of himalayan salt 
1 clove garlic, crushed 

Method:

These dressings could not be easier and all you need to do is add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!

Drizzle on your favourite salad and enjoy.

Pour any leftover dressing into a glass jar and store in the fridge.
