Salted Caramel Smoothie

Ingredients

1 fresh or frozen banana

2-3 medjool dates

1 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp vanilla pea protein

50g cashew pieces

1 cup nut mylk

Small handful of ice if using a fresh banana

Pinch of pink himalayan rock salt

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If you do not have a high speed blender you may want to soak the cashews in water for a few hours first to soften them.salted caramel smoothie 5
