The sweetness from the dates and the creaminess from the banana and cashews combined with the pink himalayan salt make this drink an indulgent treat that you’re sure to love. The addition of maca and vanilla pea protein take it to the next level by boosting the flavour and also keeping you full until lunchtime.
1 fresh or frozen banana
2-3 medjool dates
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp vanilla pea protein
50g cashew pieces
1 cup nut mylk
Small handful of ice if using a fresh banana
Pinch of pink himalayan rock salt
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If you do not have a high speed blender you may want to soak the cashews in water for a few hours first to soften them.
